About Tax.AI

Proven GCC tax expertise, fused with deterministic AI engineering.

We engineered the fusion the original Tax.AI promised: real tax-partner judgement encoded into verified engines, wrapped in AI that is allowed to explain — and never allowed to invent.

Why we exist

The GCC entered the corporate-tax era. Most tooling didn’t.

In a few short years the region went from zero corporate tax to FDL 47/2022, Qualifying Free Zone rules, e-invoicing mandates, transfer-pricing documentation thresholds and Pillar Two. Businesses are expected to be precise in a regime that is brand new — while generic AI tools confidently make numbers up.

Tax.AI was built in Dubai to close that gap: a platform where every figure is computed by a verified engine that cites its article, and the AI on top is structurally incapable of inventing a number.

Computation before narration

Statutory rules live in tested code, not prompts. The AI explains the result; it never produces the number.

Evidence or it didn’t happen

Every output carries its legal basis, tier-labelled to the official source, and is sealed into an append-only, Merkle-anchored record.

Fail closed

If an AI memo cites a figure the engine didn’t compute, the memo is rejected and the deterministic result stands. Safety is the default path, not the fallback.

GCC-native depth

Not a generic tax tool with a region skin — the engines are built from FDL 47/2022, ZATCA bylaws, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions, article by article.
